“I will foster more mentorship programmes so that senior members can develop leadership skills and junior members can receive meaningful guidance. I will also encourage deeper and sharper conversations on practical topics, which are currently lacking. My first year at Oxford has been marked by disappointment, frustration, loneliness, confusion, and anger.loneliness, confusion and anger. ”
